History
Established in 2023, RSMG Holding LLC opened Florida's first Carl’s Jr. location in Doral on March 12, 2024. Since then, we've been committed to expanding the brand's presence across South Florida, with plans to develop 35 locations in the region. Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, having successfully launched over 200 locations and generated more than $2.5 billion in sales.
Our journey began with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ron Santolaya, our CEO, has played a key role in the international expansion of Carl’s Jr., including in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Ronald Santolaya, CEO, RSMG®
Ronald is a seasoned leader in the fast-food sector, with a distinguished career spanning the United States, Chile, Mexico, and Canada. He has successfully opened over 320 Carl’s Jr.® restaurants, with average unit sales exceeding $2.7 million. Beyond Carl’s Jr., Ronald played a pivotal role in introducing the first International House of Pancakes® (IHOP) in Mexico and establishing Little Caesars® Pizza in Chile.
At our Doral location, we employ a dedicated team of over 40 staff members, all committed to delivering exceptional service and upholding the high standards synonymous with the Carl’s Jr. brand.
